The books, the site, and the arguments they make all trace back to more than thirty years Rad Stephens spent building, running, and troubleshooting large-scale operations, including eight years inside Amazon's logistics network, from seasonal associate work through a Program Manager leading a Team focused on North America Operational Metrics.

That background shapes how this site works, not just what it says. Every claim on these pages is grounded in something Rad lived through, measured, or managed directly. Where a detail has not been confirmed, whether that is a price, a format, or a publication date, the site says so rather than filling the gap with something that sounds finished. The same standard applies to the books themselves.
