This Shipping and Returns Policy explains how orders, shipping, digital delivery, returns, refunds, and damaged items are handled when you purchase books, digital products, audio products, training materials, merchandise, or related offerings through this website or through third-party checkout and fulfillment partners.
By placing an order through RadStephens.com or through a linked checkout provider, you agree to the terms below.
1. Order Processing
Orders may be processed directly through RadStephens.com or through third-party platforms, payment processors, print-on-demand providers, booksellers, digital delivery services, or fulfillment partners.
Order processing times may vary depending on the product purchased, the fulfillment provider, the shipping destination, product availability, and payment verification. Once an order is placed, you may receive confirmation, delivery, download, or tracking information from RadStephens.com or from the third-party provider handling the transaction.
Please review your order carefully before submitting payment. This includes confirming the correct product, format, quantity, shipping address, billing information, and email address.
2. Physical Products
Physical products may include printed books, signed books, merchandise, or other tangible items.
Shipping costs, delivery options, taxes, and estimated delivery times may be shown during checkout when available. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Shipping delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, customs processing, supply delays, incorrect addresses, or other factors outside our control.
Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier or fulfillment partner, delivery timing is generally controlled by that carrier or provider.
3. Digital Products
Digital products may include eBooks, PDFs, audiobooks, downloads, courses, training materials, templates, worksheets, or other electronic content.
Digital products are usually delivered by email, download link, account access, or a third-party delivery platform. Please make sure your email address is entered correctly at checkout.
Because digital products are delivered electronically and can be accessed immediately, all digital product sales are generally final unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase.

4. Third-Party Sellers and Checkout Providers
Some purchases may be completed through third-party platforms, including payment processors, booksellers, print-on-demand services, digital delivery providers, or e-commerce platforms.
If your order is processed by a third-party provider, that provider may control payment processing, shipping, delivery, tax collection, refunds, returns, chargebacks, and customer support procedures. In those cases, the third-party provider’s own policies may apply in addition to this policy.
RadStephens.com is not responsible for delays, fulfillment errors, payment issues, refund decisions, or policy decisions made by third-party platforms or retailers. However, we will make a reasonable effort to help direct you to the right support channel if you contact us.
5. Returns
Return eligibility depends on the type of product purchased and the provider that fulfilled the order.
Physical products may be eligible for return only if they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what was ordered. To request help with a return, contact rad@radstephens.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

Items must generally be unused, in their original condition, and returned according to the instructions provided.
We reserve the right to deny return requests that are incomplete, submitted too late, involve normal wear and tear, involve buyer’s remorse, or involve products that were damaged after delivery.
6. Refunds
Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
If a refund is approved, it will usually be issued to the original payment method through the payment processor or platform used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, payment processor, or third-party checkout provider.
Shipping charges, handling fees, transaction fees, and digital product purchases may be non-refundable unless required by law or unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your physical order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at rad@radstephens.com within 7 days of delivery.
Please include clear photos of the item, packaging, shipping label, and the issue. This helps us determine whether the item can be replaced, refunded, or handled through the fulfillment provider or shipping carrier.
Do not discard the item or packaging until the issue has been reviewed.
8. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears delayed, please first check the tracking information provided by the carrier or fulfillment provider.
RadStephens.com is not responsible for carrier delays, incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout, packages marked as delivered by the carrier, or packages lost due to circumstances outside our control. However, if you believe there is a problem with your shipment, contact us and we will make a reasonable effort to help determine the next step.
9. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an order is returned, delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly because the shipping address was entered incorrectly, additional shipping charges may apply. We cannot guarantee that an address can be corrected after an order has been placed.
10. Exchanges
Exchanges may be available for certain physical products if the wrong item was shipped, the item arrived damaged, or the item is defective.

Digital products are generally not eligible for exchange once accessed, downloaded, delivered, or made available.
